What we are building
BuyersIQ automates the reading and structuring of Australian vendor disclosure packs. Every finding we surface is grounded in the actual document — cited by page and quoted text — so buyers and their conveyancers can make decisions from evidence, not summaries.
We operate at the intersection of property law, AI reliability, and consumer trust. The work is technically interesting and the stakes are real — a missed easement or an unresolved building permit can cost a buyer tens of thousands of dollars.
