Permitted use

You may use BuyersIQ to prepare questions for your professional advisers and to organise your own due diligence, in line with your subscription or purchase and applicable law.

Prohibited conduct

Without limiting the Terms, you must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract model weights, prompts, or rules repositories;
  • scrape, bulk-download, or automate interactions with the service except through documented APIs or written partner agreements;
  • use outputs to misrepresent legal compliance, or present AI-generated text as advice from a qualified lawyer where it is not;
  • run automated mass uploads or load tests against production without our prior written approval (including penetration testing outside an agreed scope).

Enforcement

We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations, and we may refer unlawful activity to authorities. See Terms — suspension.
