If we deliver no usable findings within seven days of your report being marked complete, we will refund your pay-per-review fee (or the proportional amount for that job on subscription, at our discretion). You must open the request from the account that ran the job so we can confirm eligibility. Abuse patterns (repeat empty packs, synthetic files) void the guarantee.
